Rob Berger, podcaster, writer and author of Retire Before Mom and Dad–The Simple Numbers Behind a Lifetime of Financial Freedom, does a great job of keeping things clear and simple. I always enjoy talking with him and watching his YouTube channel and reading his newsletter as he tackles a broad range of topics to help investors.
Rob Berger, (RobBerger.com) holds a law degree from Boston University and was still working as a trial attorney in the securities field when he started writing about personal finance and investing In 2007. His articles on personal finance have been syndicated to Forbes, MSN Money, U.S. News & World Report, and Yahoo! Finance.
Rob founded DoughRoller.net and the Dough Roller Money Podcast in 2013 to help people make sense out of the ever-more complicated world of personal finance, investing, and money management. What started out as a simple blog about money turned into a website enjoyed by nearly 2 million visitors a year.
After spending 25 years as a securities lawyer in Washington DC, he retired in 2016 to continue running his personal finance blog full time.
Rob sold the website in 2018, became a Forbes Deputy Editor, published a book, and now runs the Financial Freedom Show (YouTube),
RobBerger.com, and Allcards.com, a website about credit cards and banking.
