Dear Friends,
I’ve been receiving many questions regarding Roth IRAs. As this is not an area of my expertise, I turned to my friend and colleague of many years, renowned IRA expert Jim Lange. Jim generously offered to make his book available free to my newsletter subscribers.
If you review the table of contents of this nearly 300-page eBook, I am confident that you’ll find the topics that will answer most of the questions you’ve been asking.

The book has received much high praise, including:

“There are few advisors as IRA-knowledgeable as Jim Lange. “The Roth Revolution” is chock full of creative Roth IRA planning ideas to help every client.”
Natalie Choate, Esq. Author, Life and Death Planning for Retirement Benefits (6th Edition)
“Jim Lange hits another homerun with The Roth Revolution. Anyone concerned about ensuring his or her nest egg is enough for retirement needs this book… and that’s just about all of us.”
Lois P. Frankel, Ph.D., Author, Nice Girls Don’t Get Rich
“In The Roth Revolution, Jim clearly explains the remarkable advantages of Roth IRAs and their role in estate planning.  Everyone considering conversions of traditional IRAs to Roths should read this book.”
– Burton G. Malkiel, Princeton University, Professor of Economics. Author, A Random Walk Down Wall Street (Tenth Edition)

Looking to protect your money? Read Jim Lange’s The Roth Revolution – and you could make your financial life a whole lot less taxing.” – Jonathan Clements, Author, The Little Book of Main Street Moneyand Former Personal Finance Columnist, The Wall Street Journal

Changes to ETF Portfolios

I have completed the updates to the commission-free ETF portfolios at Vanguard, Fidelity and Schwab. Also, I have added TD Ameritrade ETF recommendations. During February I will update the mutual fund recommendations.
For those who are interested in the process of selecting the ETFs I hope you will read the article onmy Vanguard recommendations as well as a second article on Fidelity, Schwab and TD Ameritrade.  The most recent podcast on the ETF portfolios should be helpful in determining which ETF portfolio is likely to meet your needs.
